The main performer at the National University Anniversary Ball is SADU
We are delighted to announce that SADU will be the main performer at this year’s ball! The theme of the ball is „Patterns“, inspired by the band’s song with the same title. We encourage guests to incorporate a variety of patterns into their formal attire, and traditional national costumes are also welcome.
The ball will take place on 1 December at the Vanemuine Concert Hall. Doors open at 6:00 pm, and the programme begins at 7:15 pm.
In the press release, the ball’s head organiser, Birgit Kask, highlighted that SADU will bring a distinctive musical experience to this year’s event. „We are delighted to have SADU as our headline act, whose music will create a special atmosphere for the evening.“

Speech of the President of UTSU
“Estonia’s future depends not only on how many highly educated people we have, but also on who has the opportunity to obtain that education. When a student is forced to choose between studying and making ends meet, it is not only that student who loses. Ultimately, the university, society, Estonia, and the wider world lose as well.”
